nLIGHT Appoints Raymond A. Link to Board of Directors
Vancouver, WA USA April 27, 2011 – nLIGHT Corporation (nLIGHT) announced today the appointment of Raymond A. Link to its Board of Directors. Link is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FEI Company (NASDAQ FEIC), a leading global manufacturer of scientific instruments for nanoscale imaging.

Link has served as FEI’s CFO since 2005. Before FEI, Link was CFO at TriQuint Semiconductor 2001-2005 after the merger with Sawtek in 2001. He led Sawtek through its IPO in 1996 and its merger with TriQuint. He is on the board of directors and chairs the audit committee at Cascade Microtech, Inc. He has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a CPA.
