Summary
Drive the recruitment of needed talent including employer branding, marketing, and delivery of services to support nLIGHT’s growth. Apply your keen eye for candidate experience and ability to consult internal clients. Continually improve recruitment and HR processes, technology, metrics, and reporting capabilities.

  • Apply modern recruiting methods to a full array of position types including management, engineering, corporate, and direct labor.
  • Manage and improve candidate experience, level of service provided to the business, and efficiency.
  • Manage and improve recruitment and HR processes. Maintain OFCCP and EEOC compliance. Report and drive improvement of staffing metrics. Deliver and manage administration related to recruiting.
  • Manage recruitment systems, budget, and vendors including third party services (Jobvite ATS, LinkedIn, etc.) and staffing agencies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years recruiting in fast paced high tech environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing key technical and managerial talent.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruiting programs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Affirmative Action requirements
