nLIGHT is seeking a Wafer Fab Supervisor to join our Wafer Fab Operations team located in Vancouver, Washington.
Lead Day & Swing shift manufacturing teams to achieve nLIGHT’s Wafer Fabrication Production goals and maintain and drive improvements in standards for safety and quality.
You will have daily interaction with multiple teams and be responsible for all daily production activities across departments. You need to be a highly motivated leader and manager with a proven track record with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement. This position will be the day or swing shift leadership presence across manufacturing lines with the potential to move to a compressed schedule by the end of the year as manufacturing grows.
