Receptionist / Administrative Assistant- Part Time

Summary

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide part time reception desk coverage and general administrative assistance in support of various groups and individuals. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated, organized, able to adapt to a consistently changing, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception desk coverage; answer and transfer calls, greet and sign-in visitors, sort and distribute mail, order office supplies, and coordinate daily lunch program.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel reservations, airfare, and rental car through preferred travel agency.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events; reserve conference rooms, catering and provide meeting support.
  • Conduct filing and data entry when necessary.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience required.
  • Proficient in Windows 2010, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • MS PowerPoint knowledge preferred
  • SharePoint knowledge preferred
  • Ability to coordinate across organizational boundaries to complete a project or task.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
