Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communication Manager supports the marketing needs of an entrepreneurial company focused on fast growth and rapid expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business unit and field marketing team to support the development of channel marketing plans and co-branded materials.
  • Own Marketing Communications projects including product launches, event marketing, social media, online and print advertising, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Drive project planning and status meetings with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Support the coordination of outside resources of graphic designers, copywriters, printers, and video production as needed to complete projects.
  • Create regional product messaging and product awareness plans.
  • Assist in the creation and ongoing development of content for print, online advertising, sales literature, web, social media, and other media as needed.
  • Establish and manage current corporate brand guidelines for consistent execution of brand positioning and marketing deliverables.

 Qualification and skill requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
  • Must have high attention for detail, tenacity to see a project through a highly matrixed organization with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
  • Detail-oriented, able to keep many projects moving forward to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing communications role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or English preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Understands branding and integrated marketing communications.
