Talent Acquisition Manager

nLIGHT is a rapidly growing privately held laser technology company.  We are seeking a talented results oriented person to lead our talent acquisition programs.  Your focus will be on driving staffing strategies through innovative recruiting technics to meet nLIGHT’s aggressive growth plans.   


  • Proven track record of recruiting and hiring all levels of talent and building an innovative and sustainable strategy.
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven effective relationship and consultative skills – with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with ability to influence, inform and negotiate
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruiting programs and processes
  • Skilled with Talent Acquisition technology
